Pickup and drop-off

Pickup and drop-off arrangements are set by each gear owner and shown on the listing. Check the listing details or message the owner after booking to confirm the exact time and location.

At pickup​

  • Bring a valid photo ID. Owners may ask to check ID against the name on the booking as an extra safety step.
  • Check the gear over with the owner and raise any concerns about its condition before you leave with it.
  • Confirm you have everything listed (batteries, chargers, cables, cases) before heading off.

At drop-off​

  • Return the gear by the agreed time, in the condition you received it.
  • Let the owner check the gear over at handback.
  • If anything was damaged or is missing, let the owner know straight away rather than waiting for them to discover it later. This keeps the process straightforward for both sides.

Running late​

If you're going to be late for pickup or return, message the owner through the platform as soon as you know. Most issues are easy to sort out with a bit of notice.
