Pricing your gear

You set your own rental price per shoot day for each listing. It's worth checking similar listings on GearLend to get a feel for what comparable gear is renting for in your area. Keep in mind that renters are billed by shoot day, not by every calendar day the gear is out. See Understanding shoot-day pricing for how that works from the renter's side.

Managing availability

Use your listing's availability calendar to block out dates when your gear isn't available, for example while you're using it yourself or it's already booked out. Keeping this up to date avoids double-bookings and last-minute cancellations. See Managing your listing's availability for the full step-by-step guide.

Changing your price

You can update your price at any time. Changes apply to new bookings only, and won't affect a rental that's already been booked and confirmed.
